At Heartland, we are passionate about delivering amazing Payroll/ HCM solutions to help businesses operate, increase sales, engage guests, and improve daily operations. We know that running a restaurant or retail store is tough, and we're looking for a Territory Sales Manager to help us bring our solutions to merchants throughout the area.
As a Territory Sales Manager, you'll drive revenue growth, bring in new business, and lead a team of sales professionals. You'll work closely with your Division Manager to set appointments with business owners via phone, face-to-face, and referral partnerships. You'll then conduct appointments, uncover needs, and present Heartland solutions to close sales in target markets such as restaurants, retail, medical, manufacturing, lodging, auto repair, salons, and more.
During training, your Division Manager will accompany you on initial appointments to train you on our sales process and CRM platform, Atlas. You'll also coach and train your team to achieve their sales goals. You'll have the flexibility to set your schedule, work from home, and maximize residual income.
In addition to sales, you'll recruit, hire, and grow your sales team, sharing our belief that people are our greatest asset.
