As a Territory Sales Manager, you'll be crucial in driving revenue growth, acquiring new business, and leading a team of sales professionals. You'll work closely with your Division Manager to set appointments, uncover client needs, and present Heartland's Payroll/HCM solutions across various vertical markets including restaurants, retail, medical, and more.
During your ramp-up, you'll receive training on our CRM platform Atlas, and work with Relationship Managers to achieve sales targets through coaching and field support. You'll also be responsible for recruiting, hiring, and developing your sales team, with compensation based on performance including commissions, residuals, and portfolio ownership.
Range: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, with guaranteed minimum wage of $11.25/hour during hours worked. Additional commissions and residuals are available based on performance.
