What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prospect for new merchant services accounts and cross-sell additional banking products
- Prepare proposals and conduct sales presentations and product training at client locations
- Provide telephone support as the primary customer service contact for Merchant Services customers
- Monitor portfolio reports and participate in periodic portfolio reviews to identify revenue opportunities
- Collaborate with bank personnel to generate and respond to referrals of merchant services prospects

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Established network and proven success in the Northern California market
- Minimum 3 years of Merchant Services sales experience
- Minimum 2 years of Business Development/Sales-related experience
- Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Current California driver's license and a vehicle with appropriate insurance coverage

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to cross-sell and explain products and services confidently
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience dealing with complex problems in non-standardized situations
