Global Recruiters of West Palm Beach seeks a Territory Sales Manager to lead growth across the Southeast (GA/AL/KY/MS/NC/SC/TN/VA/WV) from Atlanta. You will own strategy, drive instrument placements, and manage the full sales cycle.

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in medical devices, diagnostics, or molecular in vitro diagnostics.
• Experience launching new products into the U.S. market preferred.
• Deep knowledge of urgent-care, primary-care, or CLIA-waived markets.
• Understanding of reagent-rental, subscription, and service bundle models.
• Familiarity with IDN/GPO structures and enterprise deal cycles.
• Strong forecasting, territory planning, and account segmentation.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for executive audiences.
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR; ability to lift 30–40 lbs; travel 50–60%.

Responsabilidades

• Execute the commercial launch of the molecular system platform within the territory.
• Drive instrument placements across urgent-care and high-volume primary-care markets.
• Manage the full sales cycle including contracting, installation, and post-install adoption.
• Use Salesforce CRM to build pipelines, forecast, and drive data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with Marketing to generate leads and support territory growth.
• Monitor targets with Sales Leadership and contribute to pricing and incentive ideas.
