Bridgestone Americas, Inc. in the United States is seeking an Area Sales Manager to grow sales and provide product, program and marketing support to customers in an assigned area.

You will forecast demand, review key performance metrics, identify local trends and pursue growth opportunities with existing and new customers.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of sales experience; you must engage with decision makers and maintain integrity and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of sales experience; successful closing of new business while growing and renewing existing customer base.
• Innovative attitude; create strategies for existing customer growth and new lead generation.
• Understand customers, develop strategies, execute, monitor, and adapt for sustainable growth.
• Ability to conduct high-level conversations with decision makers.
• Display integrity to rise above competition; manage area with honesty, servanthood, excellence, discipline and accountability.
• Some knowledge of tire industry and retail tire business is a plus.
