Territory Sales Manager - GA, FL, NC, SC

Position Overview

Reporting to the Field Sales Lead, the Territory Sales Manager is responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and/or territory/region on products or services. Establishes professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts and meets targets for profitable sales volume and margin.

Location

This role is part of the North American Sales Team, based in FL, GA, NC, SC, within driving distance from an airport, and is remote.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Participate in sales activities including customer site visits, trade shows, product demonstrations, and seminars.
  2. Promote and sell OTT HydroMet product lines to existing and new customers.
  3. Develop and execute a business plan for the territory, engaging stakeholders and internal resources.
  4. Collect and report on competitive activity, sales trends, and customer feedback during monthly reviews.
  5. Use metrics, KPIs, and forecasting to manage productivity and meet sales targets.
  6. Manage the customer opportunity funnel and coordinate with leadership to optimize results.
  7. Prepare and present monthly funnel reviews using CRM tools such as Salesforce.
Minimum Requirements
  • 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in water quality, telemetry, or data management solutions, targeting government and municipal agencies.
  • A degree in a relevant field such as Biology, Environmental Science, Engineering, or Business is preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, with a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this role is $81,300 - $100,000 USD annually, plus incentive pay. We offer health benefits, 401(k), paid time off, and career development opportunities.
