Job summary

Flow Control Group, parent company of Total Filtration Services, seeks an experienced outside sales professional to promote filtration solutions across industrial markets in the Southwest. You will build relationships, grow new business, and manage key accounts.

You will travel within Southern CA, Southern NV, AZ & NM to meet targets, leverage CRM, and drive customer value. Requires three years outside sales and a four-year degree; strong communication and technical aptitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years outside sales experience required.
• Four-year college degree is preferred; High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Filtration, B2B, or industrial sales experience preferred.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales and margin targets, including monthly forecasts.
• Prospect for and acquire new business at high-value accounts.
• Maintain and grow sales to existing customers by understanding product needs and offering solutions.
• Regularly utilize CRM to document calls, track opportunities and manage territory.
