Job description

A leading specialty food company seeks an enthusiastic and self-driven Territory Sales Manager for a remote position in the Northeastern United States.

They source and produce a premium products for a diverse clientele, including chefs, restaurants, and mixologists nationwide. The ideal candidate is passionate about connecting with customers to provide exceptional specialty food products and will thrive in a creative team environment. Note: This is a remote position with some travel and you must currently reside in the Northeastern United States.

Compensation: $105-120,000 (base salary of $80-90K plus bonus program and profit sharing), comprehensive Health, dental and vision coverage (100% employer-paid), excellent 401K, generous PTO and much more!

Position Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree with 3-5 years of Food Sales experience, including 50% travel ability REQUIRED.
  • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce.com or similar).
  • Strong sales and account management capabilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation and customer service skills
  • Effective judgment, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with market trends and competitive landscape.
