Job Description:
  1. Sales background preferably in 3W or in Commercial Vehicles.
  2. Good communication skills and understanding of how direct sales work.
  3. Dealer management and new channel development skills.
  4. Strong planning and execution capabilities.
  5. Good market knowledge and familiarity with existing domain.
  6. In-depth knowledge of customers and customer insights.
  7. Proficiency in the local language is mandatory.
Note:
  • OEM experience is essential.
  • Experience in channel and dealer development is required.

8 to 13 years.

Qualification:

Any undergraduate degree with an MBA.
