Job summary

Sky Climber Access Solutions is seeking a driven Territory Sales Manager to support growth in the Randolph, MA market. You will develop new business, expand existing customer relationships, and support rental, sales, and service operations across industrial and commercial markets.

You will work with branch leadership to drive performance, customer satisfaction, and long-term growth. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and field sales skills in construction or equipment rental

Qualifications

• Prior B2B sales experience in construction or equipment rental.
• Experience in scaffolding or access solutions preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow branch rental, sales, and service business to support revenue goals.
• Prospect and develop new business opportunities within commercial and industrial construction markets.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers and industry partners.
• Prepare, present, and follow up on proposals, quotations, and customer solutions.
• Represent Sky Climber professionally while maintaining safety and customer service standards.
