What You Will Do

In this field-based role, you will play a key part in strengthening our presence within your assigned territory. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationshipswith key stakeholders, including Veterinarians, Vet Nurses, Store Managers, and wholesalers.
  • Providing expert advice and trainingto customers, ensuring they fully understand and can effectively communicate the benefits of our products.
  • Utilising customer insights and datato tailor your approach and deliver value-driven solutions.
  • Presenting and promoting productsthrough corporate sales presentations, customer visits, and industry events.
  • Handling customer inquiries professionally,including pricing queries, compliance issues, and product complaint investigations.
  • Collaborating with internal teamsacross sales, marketing, and technical services to support customer needs and business success.
  • Maintaining up-to-date industry knowledgeto remain competitive and provide informed recommendations to customers.

What You Must Have

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

  • Atertiary degree in business or science(preferred).
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within sales or account management.
  • The ability tobuild and nurture strong relationshipswith customers.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Aproactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to work independently.
  • Strongnegotiation and influencing skillsto drive customer engagement.
  • Proficiency inMicrosoft Office Suite(Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience using digital tools such as an iPad.
  • High level ofresilience, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
