Territory Sales Manager - Civil Construction

Base pay range

$150,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr

Territory Sales - Civil Construction Technology

Location: Remote from your home in NY
Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 Base + Commission = OTE ($150,000 - $160,000+)

Pivotal opening in a rich territory for a sharp, technical professional in cutting-edge civil construction technology sales!

Key Responsibilities
  • Set appointments within the territory, conducting 'lunch and learn' presentations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
  • Identify and prospect potential clients in the commercial, industrial & municipal construction industries
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Prepare and present sales reports, analyses & forecasts to senior management
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in: Civil Engineering or Construction Technology, Construction Management
  • Schedule your own day travel by car, 25%-50% of the time with 2-6 overnights per month, you'll plan around your own schedule. Receive a monthly vehicle stipend and expenses
  • 2+ years of work in the industry, ideal if you're working in transportation or related heavy earthwork construction
  • 2+ years of related technical sales experience with construction products, calling on contractors, DOT, State and local municipalities, AEC firms
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, customer relationship management skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and anticipate customer needs
  • Familiarity with lead generation strategies and customer relationship management techniques
