Carlisle Weatherproofing Technologies (CWT) seeks a Territory Sales Manager to maximize opportunities within the Los Angeles, Ventura County and Central Valley Home Depot territory. You will drive Henry product line sales by building rapport with store decision makers and expanding pro-customer relationships.

This role is home-based with frequent travel across the territory. The position involves visiting 4–6 stores weekly, delivering product demonstrations, and training store associates on

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales, retail, account management or service experience.
• Flexible schedule with Tue-Sat, possible M-F shifts.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales in Home Depot territory and grow pro-contractor accounts.
• Develop relationships with store decision makers and present Henry product line benefits.
• Coordinate in-store demos, endcaps, and in-aisle promotions and training.
