MITER Brands is a leading manufacturer of residential windows and doors, serving the new construction and replacement markets. Our brands include Milgard, MI Windows & Doors, and PGTI, making us one of the largest vinyl window and patio door suppliers nationwide.

We operate across the country with numerous plants and are seeking a Territory Sales Manager in Miami, FL. The role covers Miami, Ft Lauderdale, and nearby areas. You will be responsible for selling PGT products through retail channels, promoting sales growth, and providing expert product, business, and marketing advice.

Compensation

Starting at a minimum salary of $60,000, with additional commissions and a total compensation package based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Sell PGT and CGI products to existing Home Depot and Lowe’s accounts within the territory.
• Exceed sales targets and key performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Home Depot and Lowe’s outside sales reps to advise contractors and home builders on PGT solutions.
• Provide business counsel and marketing support to dealers.
• Support aftermarket sales and service to homeowners in coordination with retail partners.
• Coordinate order fulfillment with internal teams including sales, production, and delivery.
• Uphold MITER Brands’ principles and quality standards in all interactions.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in business or related field, or equivalent sales experience.
• Experience in building products industry preferred.
• Experience with Home Depot and Lowe’s accounts preferred.
• Availability for minimal overnight travel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with diverse audiences.
