The Registered Nurse, Virtual Care, CareLine, provides telephonic emergency triage and patient care advice for various health issues. Responsibilities include remote clinical assessments, collaborating with primary caregivers, and documenting interventions.

Shift Schedule:

• Tuesdays 1700-2100
• Wednesdays 1700-2100
• Thursdays 1700-2100
• Saturdays 0800-1600

Key Responsibilities:

• Connect with patients via phone/video, record health data, and provide health assessments.
• Monitor vital signs and identify symptoms via video chat.
• Collaborate with on-call providers and document patient progress.
• Contribute to telehealth practice improvements and ensure safe, effective services.

Skills & Abilities:

• Strong nursing knowledge, clinical judgment, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to build trust.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and telehealth systems.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and travel locally up to 10%.

Qualifications:

• Associate Degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred).
• Nurse Licensure Compact license; BLS certification.
• Minimum 3 years acute nursing experience, preferably in emergency or urgent care.
• Experience with older adults and virtual care preferred.
