Position Overview:

As an Inside Sales Representative at vVARDIS, you will be at the forefront of driving sales growth by engaging with dental practices via phone, email, and virtual meetings. Your role is to build and nurture strong relationships with dental professionals, understand their practice needs, and provide solutions through our innovative oral care products. This position is ideal for self-driven, business-minded individuals who are passionate about sales, eager to grow their careers, and motivated by the opportunity to control their income.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with dental offices within your assigned territory through consistent outreach and virtual engagement.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to dental professionals by understanding their business goals and offering vVARDIS solutions that drive value and ROI.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations, coordinate virtual product demos, and provide education on vVARDIS products.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
  • Identify and qualify new sales leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and pipeline management using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with field sales, customer service, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Support sales campaigns and initiatives to maximize territory performance.
  • Other duties related to the Inside Sales Representative position.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of inside or outside sales experience, preferably in the healthcare or dental industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and within a team environment.

Work Conditions

  • Travel is required (up to 20%)

Essential Physical Functions

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods.
  • This position requires lifting and moving boxes weighing up to 30 pounds occasionally.
