A leading food and beverage company seeks a Sales Manager for remote work within the designated territory. This position focuses on exceeding sales targets and building strong relationships with foodservice distributors. What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Meet and exceed profit objectives, volume quotas, and equipment & service targets for Away from Home Beverage in the designated territory
- Establish and maintain relationships with key operators in the Non-Commercial channel and Foodservice distributors
- Train and collaborate with distributor sales organizations, primarily National Account/Healthcare teams
- Develop and execute business plans to maximize beverage sales opportunities
- Manage an active pipeline of operators and make data-driven business decisions for profitable growth
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2-5 years of B2B or B2C food sales experience
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis
- Ability to travel when necessary (averages 4 overnights per month)
- Clean driving record and residence within the designated territory
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Foodservice sales experience
- Experience working with Foodservice Distributors
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools (e.g., Salesforce)
- Strong oral and written communication skills, along with data analysis and problem-solving abilities
