- Meet and exceed profit objectives, volume quotas, and service targets for Away from Home Beverage
- Establish and maintain relationships within distribution and the non-commercial channel
- Train and collaborate with distributor sales organizations, focusing on National Account/Healthcare teams
- Identify and manage an active pipeline of operators to drive profitable growth
- Execute plans to achieve maximum sales volume and operating profit while controlling costs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-5 years of B2B or B2C food sales experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
- Willingness to travel, averaging 4 overnights per month
- Clean driving record and residence within the assigned territory

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Foodservice sales experience and familiarity with Foodservice Distributors
- Strong team player who collaborates effectively with others
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools such as Salesforce
- Demonstrated communication and presentation skills
