A dynamic opportunity for a Territory Sales Manager to join a growing client with a solid reputation in agricultural products. The role involves leveraging existing relationships in North and Central Mississippi, and focusing on value-based selling, supported by a strong compensation package including incentives. Ideal candidates will possess a strong sales background and agronomic knowledge, ready to contribute to the company's growth.
Ag 1 Source is working with a growing client who is well beyond start-up mode. These folks have great products and are growing because of that, strong financial standing and is seeking someone who can come in and grow their business in the focus area of North and Central Mississippi We are seeking someone with sales experience, preferably working with Ag Retailers and Wholesalers, who has connections and a preexisting network who can leverage that to make things happen! Because of the nature of the products, we are also seeking someone who is accustomed to selling on value, not price, and who has a solid agronomic background, especially with fertility products, who understands and can be educative in their sales approach. This will report to a great sales manager who will do everything in his power to help you succeed.
Compensation: Will very much depend on the experience and network you bring, target would be for the above as outlined $80-$100K - very strong incentive on sales on top of this.

Desired Location: Must live in the territory for this role, so Central or Northern Mississippi.
