Hagen Group is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to drive revenue and expand distribution across Colorado, Wyoming, Arizona, New Mexico, and Southern Utah. This field-based role requires frequent travel and a home-based setup in the United States.
You will own territory plans, open new accounts, train retailers, and partner with distributors to maximize brand presence for Catit, Fluval, Exo Terra, Marina, Hari, and BIONIC. A base salary plus performance-based rewards is offered.
Travel: Frequent local and overnight travel
Compensation: Base range is $50,000-70,000, plus performance-based earning opportunities, a car allowance, and a comprehensive benefits package.

This is a field-based role requiring frequent driving and regular travel throughout the assigned territory, including periodic overnight travel. The position also involves working in retail stores, distribution facilities, trade shows, and a home-office environment.
You must be comfortable handling product samples, displays, and materials weighing up to 40 lbs and performing routine merchandising activities. Occasional evening or weekend availability may be required for customer needs, trade shows, events, or travel.
