Job summary

Hagen Group is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to drive revenue and expand distribution across Colorado, Wyoming, Arizona, New Mexico, and Southern Utah. This field-based role requires frequent travel and a home-based setup in the United States.

You will own territory plans, open new accounts, train retailers, and partner with distributors to maximize brand presence for Catit, Fluval, Exo Terra, Marina, Hari, and BIONIC. A base salary plus performance-based rewards is offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in field sales or territory management
• Proven ability to prospect, build relationships, and close new business
• Experience with CRM systems and sales reporting is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own your territory sales plan and deliver against revenue, growth, distribution, and promotional goals.
• Prospect for and open new independent pet retail accounts while growing relationships with existing customers.
• Build strong relationships with store owners, buyers, managers, and distributor partners.
• Identify opportunities to expand Hagen brands and product assortments within your territory.
• Present Hagen products and solutions to retailers and consumers with clear value statements.
• Execute product launches, promotions, displays, planograms, and in-store initiatives.
• Improve product availability, shelf presence, pricing accuracy, merchandising, and brand presentation.
• Educate and train retail associates on our products and recommendations.
• Collaborate with distributor partners on joint calls, trade shows, and local market activities.
