Role Description

The Territory Sales Manager is a full-time field sales career opportunity based in Tacoma, WA. This role is responsible for developing and managing a sales territory, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting, conducting onsite and virtual sales presentations, preparing proposals, and negotiating service agreements. The Territory Sales Manager will collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery, provide ongoing customer support, and address client concerns promptly.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects, support clients, and build long-term relationships.
• Ability to deliver Training and guidance to clients and internal teams on service offerings and processes.
• Experience in B2B services, facility services, or related industries is beneficial.
• Comfort with hybrid work, including in-person client visits in the Tacoma, WA area and remote follow-up activities.
• Effective time management, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, basic office software, and digital communication platforms.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client meetings and site visits.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
