Territory Sales Manager – Washington and Oregon

• $110k–$125k base - UNCAPPED COMMISSION!
• Remote-based with heavy regional travel

Our global company makes and sells packaging products — the stuff businesses use to store, ship, and protect their goods. Think of industrial-strength packaging for the agriculture, food and manufacturing world. We are expanding our global footprint to the Northwest and this could be a terrific opportunity to create a brand new territory!

Looking for someone who lives ideally within 1 hour of Seattle area.

We’re looking for a Territory Sales Manager to own and grow our customer base across Washington and Oregon - primarily in agricultural and industrial markets. You’ll be boots-on-the-ground, shaking hands, solving problems, and closing deals. All travel expenses are covered by the company! Are you a hunter who thrives on building something from the ground up? Are you energized by cold calls, new faces, and tough challenges? If you’re nodding your head—this role is built for you.

This is not account maintenance. This is acquisition selling—and we want someone who loves the chase.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Hunt for new business: cold call, knock on doors, follow leads, and work your network
• Travel your territory: this is a field-heavy role, with regular overnight travel
• Build customer relationships from scratch and convert them into long-term partners
• Present and sell trusted, in-demand packaging solutions—flexible, durable, and high-value
• Own the sales process from lead to close using Dynamics 365 CRM
• Track competitors and market trends so you’re always one step ahead
• Negotiate like a pro to land smart, win-win deals

Who You Are

• A proven hunter with at least 3+ years of B2B outside sales success
• You’re persistent, confident, and not afraid to hear “no”
• You manage your time like a pro and thrive without hand-holding
• You’ve got natural hustle and the grit to build a book of business
• Comfortable using CRM tools (like D365), Outlook, and Microsoft Office
• You hold a valid driver’s license and are open to overnight travel (sometimes 2–3 nights/week)
• Packaging industry experience is a major plus but tenacity, coachability, and drive are key!
