Base pay range

$70,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

Work Model: This is a remote job. The position will require travel throughout the territory and to the HQ in WI. Ideal Candidate:

• Independent, self-starter with experience in the building supplies industry.
• Experience working with and selling to architects and designers within the territory is required.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Own and maximize sales, ensure market penetration with existing accounts, and pursue new customers and opportunities.
• Specify most product lines in the Healthcare and Spaces markets.
• Understand the construction/bidding process.
• Build relationships with architecture and design firms.
• Establish recognition as an industry resource and product expert.
• Conduct appointments and presentations with architects, interior designers, contractors, and facility end users.
• Cover the territory of Eastern Ohio, West Pennsylvania, and West Virginia.

• Reside near Pittsburgh and be passionate about selling high-quality, valuable products.
• Be energized by working for a world-class manufacturer and collaborating across teams.
• Be a self-starter, organized, and skilled in building and maintaining relationships.
• Hold a bachelor's degree and demonstrate excellent presentation and computer skills.
• Have prior outside sales experience calling on architects, designers, or in construction/building products (preferred).
