Job summary

TBHC Delivers is seeking a Territory Sales Manager in the Flowood, MS area to drive Hunt Brothers Pizza program adoption across convenience stores. You will generate leads, present programs, and close deals within your prescribed territory.

You will build relationships with store owners, train staff on the program, and collaborate with a district team to optimize store performance. A results-oriented mindset and ability to travel are required for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years sales experience, B2B or route sales preferred.
• High school diploma required; college degree in business or related field preferred.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the territory; no relocation assistance.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Generating new leads through cold calling and building relationships with company generated leads.
• Building strong relationships with potential customers to achieve sales missions.
• Presenting the Hunt Brothers Pizza program to perspective stores, showcasing how our program meets their needs.
• Collaborating with store owners to optimize the setup of their pizza shoppe to ensure maximum return on investment.
• Serving as the subject matter expert for successful store openings, including introducing the program to the community and training store employees.
• Representing Hunt Brothers Pizza at trade shows and industry events to expand brand visibility and build relationships.
• Accurately inputting all sales activities in the CRM system.

This role includes:
