Job summary

TBHC Delivers is seeking an energetic Route Sales/Account Manager to manage a dedicated convenience store route, build relationships with store owners, and grow revenue through the Hunt Brothers Pizza program.

You will deliver, stock, merchandise, and support store performance on a 4-day schedule with weekends off, with a strong emphasis on safety and customer service. The role offers a competitive compensation package and training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean three-year record.
• Ability to obtain Class B CDL with air brake endorsement.
• 1+ years of relevant work experience; Route Sales a plus.

Physical & Schedule Requirements

This is a physically active role that requires stamina, consistency, and a commitment to safety. You must be able to:

• Lift up to 75 pounds
• Bend, reach, and rotate product regularly throughout the day
• Climb in and out of a commercial truck multiple times daily
• Work a 4-day schedule with extended workdays averaging 50+ hours per week

What We're Looking For

• A strong work ethic and commitment to doing things the right way
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skillsCompetitive drive and desire to grow your business
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
• Problem-solving skills and a mindset of ownership
• High school diploma or GED
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for the past three years, including no DUIs
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Class B CDL with air brake endorsement
• Ability to meet Federal DOT medical certification requirements
• 1+ years of relevant work experience. Prior Route Sales experience a plus.
