Job summary

TBHC Delivers is hiring for a driver role that focuses on building relationships with convenience stores nationwide. You will deliver excellent service, operate the TBHC Delivers truck safely, unload and stock products, and identify opportunities to boost sales at each stop.

The position offers a 4-day work week, paid time off, and potential incentives. A CDL Class B license with air brake endorsement is required for the role, with strong emphasis on ownership and accountability.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record for last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with store owners and managers.

What You Can Earn

• Guaranteed minimum annual earnings of $50,000
• Paid for 50 hours each week, even when actual hours worked are less
• Opportunity to earn up to $4,300 annually in sales incentives
• Pay increases after 3 months and 6 months

What You’ll Do

• Build strong relationships with convenience store owners and managers
• Deliver outstanding customer service at every stop
• Safely operate a TBHC Delivers truck to service assigned accounts
• Unload, rotate, stock, and merchandise products
• Identify opportunities to improve sales and execution within assigned stores
• Proactively communicate and resolve customer concerns
• Maintain accurate records and route documentation
• Represent the Hunt Brothers Pizza and TBHC Delivers brands professionally

Every day you'll have the opportunity to directly influence customer success, store performance, and sales growth.

Physical & Schedule Requirements

This is a physically active role that requires stamina, consistency, and a commitment to safety.

• Lift up to 75 pounds
• Bend, reach, and rotate product regularly throughout the day
• Climb in and out of a commercial truck multiple times daily
• Work a 4-day schedule with days that can extend up to 14 hours
• Work overnight routes when necessary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 21 years of age
• Valid driver's license
• Clean driving record for the last three years, including no DUIs
• Ability to meet Federal DOT medical certification requirements
• Ability to obtain and maintain a CDL Class B license with air brake endorsement
