Job summary

Company Wrench LTD in Charlotte, NC seeks a Territory Sales Manager to drive growth in the heavy equipment sector. You will manage an assigned territory, understand our product suite, and communicate its value to prospects while building relationships with key decision makers.

The role rewards results with an uncapped commission, monthly profit sharing, and a comprehensive benefits package. Overnight travel may be required, and a mechanical mindset with strong technical skills will help you

Qualifications

• Experience in heavy equipment sales and rental, or experience in demolition.
• Strong mechanical mindset and technical/computer skills.
• Ability to travel overnight is required.

Responsibilities

• Achieves targeted sales metrics for assigned territory.
• Understands Company Wrench product suite to effectively communicate to prospects.
• Identifies key decision makers within prospects.
• Develops strategies and negotiates contract terms.
