Company Wrench LTD is seeking a dedicated Field Service Technician to repair and service equipment and attachments, ensuring high-quality work. The role requires independent work in the field, routine maintenance, safety inspections, and thorough record-keeping.

Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills, CDL, and excellent communication are essential. Applicants should be able to lift heavy items, travel as needed, and maintain a clean, safe workspace.

Qualifications

• Two years of industry experience required.
• CDL Class A or B CDL or ability to obtain one.
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic abilities are essential.
• Good communication and safe work habits are required.
• Ability to perform repairs on all major equipment systems.

Responsibilities

• Repair and service of equipment and attachments at high quality.
• Work independently without direct supervision in field environments.
• Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections; plan methods and sequence of maintenance.
• Research and order parts and materials; maintain accurate records.
• Communicate professionally with coworkers and customers; uphold the Company Wrench brand.

This individual must be able to work independently of direct supervision in the environment.Job DescriptionSafety:Be a champion of safetyEnsure all work is completed safelyOperations:Perform routine maintenance, safety inspections, create deficiency repair listThink ahead and plan methods and sequence of performing assigned maintenanceResearch and order all parts and materials required to perform assigned maintenancePerform the repairs efficiently and effectivelyConfirm that all repairs are completed as assignedEnsure all unused parts and materials are returned per established methodsMaintain a safe and clean workspace and service truckPower wash and clean equipment and attachments as neededRecord Keeping and Compliance:Maintain legible records of notes, time, parts, supplies, and outside purchases as neededAll record-keeping methods are followed per established methods. The 3 C's (complaint, cause, and correction) are always used and documented with all repairsComply with all policies, procedures, and methods established by the companyMaintain and care for all shop and truck tools, equipment, and vehicles in your possessionCommunication:Provide the "Cutting Edge of Customer Service" to allAll communication with co-workers and customers are to be conducted in a professional and honest mannerConsistently advocate for Company Wrench and our equipment brand at all timesTraining:Training is to be completed as assignedTraining will be conducted virtually and in-person.
