Job summary

Qualifications

• Ambitious, self-motivated, and commercially driven.
• Junior sales professionals with 1–2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
• Based in Orange County or within a practical commuting distance.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel throughout Southern California.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and grow industrial compressed air equipment sales throughout Southern California.
• Sell industrial compressors, air dryers, filtration, and associated compressed air equipment.
• Build relationships with manufacturing, engineering, maintenance, and industrial customers.
• Conduct customer visits, identify equipment requirements, and recommend technical solutions.
• Manage existing accounts while proactively developing new sales opportunities.
• Work alongside senior management and manufacturer representatives to develop product knowledge and territory coverage.
• Gradually take ownership of industrial sales activities across Orange County, Los Angeles, and surrounding areas.

Outside Sales Representative / Sales Engineer / Territory Sales Manager required to join an established, independent compressed air distributor supplying industrial air compressors, air treatment equipment, and engineered compressed air solutions throughout Southern California.

The business represents leading manufacturers including Atlas Copco, Powerex, and nano, supporting customers across manufacturing and industrial applications. Operating with a close-knit team, the company offers a flexible working environment, technical expertise, and strong manufacturer relationships.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Outside Sales Representative / Sales Engineer / Territory Sales Manager to work directly alongside experienced industry leadership, developing new business, managing industrial customers, and progressively taking ownership of sales activities across Southern California. Candidates from compressed air, pumps, hydraulics, pneumatics, and wider industrial equipment backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Compensation:

• $150,000 to $175,000 OTE
