Tempur Sealy, a global leader in bedding, seeks a Sales Representative for the Sacramento, CA area. You will represent the Tempur Sealy portfolio to multi-location retail customers and drive sales, profit, and merchandising goals.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor's degree (preferred) and at least 2 years of sales experience; Spanish language skills are a plus. Competitive salary range $62,000–$88,000 with equal opportunity employment.

Responsibilities

• Represent Tempur Sealy to assigned retail customers.
• Be responsible for the sales, profit, expenses, marketing, and merchandising functions for the assigned customers.
• Build productive relationships with each company's key decision makers.
• Lead the customer account planning cycle and develop strategic short- and long-run plans that will achieve predetermined sales goals.
• Coordinate with the customers and the Tempur Sealy field sales associates to implement training programs for the customers' relevant employees.
• Ensure that all the customers' needs and expectations are met.
• Regularly evaluate customer performance and develop strategies to sustain successes and improve deficiencies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Represent TSI and its portfolio of products to assigned small and medium multi-location retail customers.
