Job summary

Tuma Agencies is expanding its Territory Sales team in the Midwest and seeks Outside Territory Sales Managers to drive B2B growth across IA, IL, WI, and MN. You’ll receive comprehensive training and join a Sales Academy designed to teach our proven system.

Expect an average first-year income around $75,000 with potential to exceed $100,000, plus field training and leadership opportunities. You don’t need prior sales experience—just coachability, drive, and an entrepreneurial mindset to control
