Tuma Agencies is seeking Outside Territory Sales Managers to drive growth in IA, IL, WI, MN. You will learn our proven sales system through training and apply it in the field, building a self-sustaining referral network.

Role is highly autonomous with uncapped income potential; first-year earnings average around $75,000, with opportunities to exceed $100,000. Training academy, field coaching, and leadership progression are provided.
