Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Territory Sales Lead to supervise and develop associates, drive sales, and meet retailer and client expectations. You will supervise staffing, educate customers and store personnel about product lines, and ensure store standards are met.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, flexible hours including nights and weekends, and travel to additional locations as needed. Competitive pay with a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license; travel to additional locations may be necessary.
• Experience with electronics/technical products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management.
• Train and develop Sales Merchandisers and seasonal associates.
• Educate customers on product features and benefits.
• Maintain high quality work and meet client expectations.
• Communicate successes or barriers to the Market Sales Manager.
