Job summary

DSI Systems invites a motivated professional to join as Territory Sales Manager in Olathe, Kansas. You will lead sales performance, onboard and coach RSAs, drive weekly in-store execution, and personally sell to meet goals while building a high-performance culture.

You will travel across the Olathe area, manage staffing, and ensure payroll accuracy, with a base salary of $50k plus uncapped commissions and bonuses, plus benefits and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in wireless/consumer electronics or multi-unit retail sales leadership.
• Proven record of hitting sales goals and developing people.
• Strong ability to analyze performance metrics and coach peers and RSAs.
• Excellent interviewing and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train RSAs; deliver in-store new-hire training and ongoing upskill sessions.
• Visit assigned stores weekly and monitor merchandising, demos, and attach.
• Monitor sales KPIs and staffing compliance; act quickly on gaps.
• Conduct final interviews and make hiring recommendations; approve payroll on time.
• Promote a positive, accountable team culture and provide weekly coaching.
