DSI, a sales enablement company and AT&T partner, seeks a Territory Sales Manager in the Macon, Georgia area. You will lead sales performance across an assigned retail territory, onboard RSAs, and drive weekly store execution.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in wireless or multi-unit retail sales leadership, a track record of hitting goals, and the ability to travel and coach teams. This role offers a $50k base with uncapped commissions, extensive training, and clear advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in wireless/consumer electronics or multi-unit retail sales leadership.
• Proven record of hitting sales goals while developing people.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and make fast, practical decisions.
• Strong interviewing and coaching skills; clear written and verbal communication.
• Willing and able to travel across the Macon, Georgia area; weekends.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train RSAs; deliver in-store new-hire training and ongoing upskill sessions.
• Visit assigned stores weekly; inspect merchandising, demos, and attach.
• Monitor sales KPIs and staffing compliance; act quickly on gaps.
• Conduct final interviews and make hiring recommendations.
• Approve payroll accurately and on time.
• Promote a positive, accountable team culture.
• Provide weekly coaching to RSAs with clear action plans.
• Personally achieve sales each week to model best practices.
