Responsibilities

• Lead and develop branch sales teams across multiple locations within the assigned territory.
• Partner with Branch Managers and Branch Sales Leaders to develop and execute local market sales strategies.
• Set annual sales goals, revenue targets, and performance objectives for branches and teams.
• Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to ensure targets are met.
• Monitor progress through pipeline reviews and metrics; take corrective action as needed.
• Recruit, interview, onboard, and develop high‑performing sales talent.
• Ensure CRM utilization and forecasting alignment across teams.
• Build relationships with key customers and partners; collaborate with other departments.
