The role requires strategic direction with hands-on field presence, regular ride-alongs, and performance reviews to ensure targets are met. Travel is a component of the position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field.
• Proven success leading field sales teams.
• Ability to travel frequently within territory.
