Job summary

Pye-Barker Fire & Safety is seeking an Area Sales Leader for the Southwest Region to lead branch sales teams, drive revenue growth, and expand market presence. This role partners with Branch Managers and executive leadership to coach sellers, strengthen customer relationships, and identify growth opportunities across the territory.

The position focuses on developing local market strategies, setting annual goals, and ensuring accurate forecasting and CRM usage.

Experience leading branch sales teams across multiple locations.
Proven ability to develop and execute local market sales strategies.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop branch sales teams across multiple locations within the assigned territory.
Partner with Branch Managers and Branch Sales Leaders to develop and execute local market sales strategies.
Partner with executive and regional leadership to establish annual sales goals and targets.
Translate annual sales goals into actionable territory, branch, and individual plans.
Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to ensure goals are met.
Monitor progress through reviews, pipeline evaluations, and metrics.
Recruit, interview, onboard, and develop high-performing sales talent.
Ensure execution of sales processes, CRM usage, and forecasting expectations.
Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.
