Emerson is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to join the Professional Tools North America sales team in the Pittsburgh, PA area. You will sell, promote, and demonstrate RIDGID and Greenlee lines, advise customers, and drive growth through value-based solutions.

The role requires building trusted relationships, developing territory plans, conducting product demonstrations, and supporting distributors and end users. Strong business acumen and collaborative, consultative approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Industrial Distribution, or 5+ years of relevant experience
• Experience selling through distribution channels in electrical, industrial, and plumbing markets
• Proven success developing, presenting, executing, and measuring territory business plans
• Experience conducting product demonstrations, customer training, technical troubleshooting, and application support for end users and distributors
• Experience developing and maintaining relationships with key distributor partners and end users
• Experience developing and managing monthly and annual sales forecasts
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills; ability to work independently and across teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; CRM experience is a plus
