Job summary

American Welding & Gas, Inc. in Minot, ND is seeking a Territory Manager to lead sales growth across the assigned region. You will drive new customer acquisition and expand business with existing accounts, aiming to increase gross profit.

The role requires 1–3 years of sales experience, knowledge of welding and gas products, and a proven track record in territory management. Overnight travel may be required as part of key account development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of previous sales experience.
• Knowledge of welding and gas products preferred.
• Industrial sales experience preferred.
• Strong time and management skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow territory business through solution selling of gas products and technology.
• Develop and execute plans to maintain and grow existing customer base.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and project scope with customers.
• Use CRM platforms for planning and time management.
• Develop long-term relationships with strategic customers and accounts.
• Manage Accounts Receivable balances to minimize risk.
