Job summary

American Welding & Gas, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Territory Sales Manager to lead growth and build lasting customer relationships in Appleton, WI. You will drive sales, grow existing accounts, and travel as needed to support the territory.

The role focuses on solution selling, plan execution, pricing negotiations, and active management of customer portfolios to maximize gross profit and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1-3 years of previous sales experience.
• Knowledge of welding and gas products strongly preferred.
• Industrial sales experience strongly preferred.
• Successful track record of managing a sales territory.
• Strong time and management skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow the territory business through solution selling of gas products and technology to new and existing customers.
• Develop and execute plans to maintain and grow the existing customer base.
• Negotiate pricing, terms and conditions and project scope with customers.
• Utilize CRM platforms for planning, scheduling, and territory management.
• Develop long term relationships with strategic customers and key accounts.
• Review and manage Accounts Receivable balances to minimize financial risk.
