Job summary

Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Territory Sales Lead to supervise and develop associates, drive sales, stock and maintain areas, and communicate with store personnel. The role reports to the Market Sales Manager and requires strong customer service skills.

The position includes lifting, flexible hours including nights and weekends, a valid driver's license, and experience in sales or customer service. Rate of pay is $17.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver's license and access to transportation.
• English conversational proficiency (spoken and written).
• Experience in sales or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with store associates and management.
• Train and develop Sales Merchandisers and leads.
• Educate customers and store personnel on product lines.
• Maintain high quality of work to meet client expectations.
• Communicate successes or barriers to the Market Sales Manager.
• Navigate handheld device functions confidently.
• Travel to multiple locations as needed.
