Anderson Merchandisers is seeking a Territory Sales Lead to supervise and develop assigned associates, drive sales, and meet retailer and client expectations. This role includes project completion, stocking, and store communication, reporting to the Market Sales Manager.

The position requires lifting up to 50 lbs, a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, and travel to multiple locations. Candidates should have strong English skills and a background in sales or customer service.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license required; travel to other locations may be necessary.
• Experience with electronics/technical products preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Build rapport with store associates and management on daily basis.
• Train, supervise, and develop Sales Merchandisers and seasonal staff.
• Educate customers and store personnel on product lines and benefits.
• Maintain high quality of work to meet client expectations.
• Know company policies and communicate successes or barriers to Market Sales Manager.
• Operate handheld device effectively and maintain confidentiality.
