Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Retail Territory Manager to drive in-store Direct Store Delivery and sales across the Dickinson, Stanley, Tioga, Watford City, Williston and nearby North Dakota markets.

You will lead a team of merchandisers, partner with store personnel, and ensure flawless rollout of HQ programs while meeting sales targets. A valid driver’s license and 3–5 years of selling experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 3-5 years selling experience with strong sales background and understanding of business processes.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets by unlocking growth across assigned accounts.
• Lead and coach a team of full-time and part-time merchandisers.
• Drive in-store execution of sales priorities and merchandising programs.
• Provide on-site sales consultations to customers and secure incremental opportunities.
• Plan growth with data-driven strategies based on store demographics and customer needs.
• Build strong relationships with store personnel to identify opportunities and deliver top-tier service.
• Optimize deployment of merchandisers and order writers for shelf impact.
• Oversee product ordering, display execution and unsaleables management with FTOWs.
• Design and execute a smart store schedule to strengthen relationships and drive results.
• Operate within Mondelēz International’s safety and operational guidelines.
