Job summary

Groundmasters Landscape Services LLC is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive sales for new and existing client accounts in the designated district. You will build relationships, manage the pipeline, and collaborate with leadership to achieve revenues and service goals.

The role demands strategic prospecting, bid development, and a strong customer-first mindset to expand our ground services portfolio across landscape, snow, and ice control.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales and lead generation.
• Ability to develop and present bids and RFP responses.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding goals.
• Strong customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own direct sales within the assigned district.
• Develop new customer leads through prospecting and pipeline management.
• Understand client needs and position our services to meet them.
• Collaborate with General Manager, Operations, VP of Sales, and senior leadership.
• Maintain effective client communication and satisfaction levels.
• Update CRM to reflect current and potential customers.
• Prepare presentations for bids and RFPs as needed.
• Create and follow a strategic sales plan to meet GroundMasters goals.
• Meet or exceed revenue targets in the district.
• Coordinate client entertainment events to support sales goals.
• Control expenses to meet budget guidelines.
• Adhere to company policies and ethics.
