Job summary

Wismettac is seeking a Sales Associate to act as the principal selling agent in the assigned territory. Under general supervision, you will travel to customer facilities, establish and maintain relationships, and sell Wismettac products to drive profitability.

The role requires 1–2 years of sales experience in the Asian food industry, bilingual proficiency in Japanese or Korean, strong communication skills, a valid driver's license, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams to meet

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED completed.
• 1-2 years sales experience in Asian food industry is desired.
• Familiarity with Wismettac products and services.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customers and potential customer’s facilities providing information and support to secure and maintain business.
• Establish, maintain, and develop relationships with customers in the assigned territory to maximize profitability.
• Sell Wismettac products to all customers in the assigned territory.
• Grow business by anticipating customer needs and providing solutions.
• Understand and execute the sales plan and price adjustments based on management’s instructions.
• Communicate plans to customers and manage resources to support sales volume.
• Provide timely reporting of activities in the field to assist in planning.
• Attend quarterly inventory count.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Japanese or Korean bilingual required.
