Job summary

Power-Play-Distributor in Fort Wayne, IN seeks a proactive Territory Sales Representative to grow sales by building relationships with store personnel and promoting in-store displays. You will stock shelves, rotate products per policy, and communicate promotions and new opportunities to stores.

Responsibilities include following a set route and schedule, completing daily paperwork, and collaborating with managers to place accurate orders based on historical data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree not required but welcome (not stated).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills are needed to grow shelf visibility and drive promotions.
• Ability to follow merchandising policies and drive in-store execution.

Responsibilities

• Follow a set store frequency schedule to service accounts.
• Merchandise and rotate products on display and shelf per policy.
• Sell in for additional facing and displays.
• Organize backroom by stacking cases and arranging pallets, return of pallets as needed.
• Work with managers on writing correct orders based upon historical data.
• Develop relationships with store personnel and communicate promotions and new opportunities.
• Complete daily and weekly paperwork.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
