Job summary

Power Play Distributors in Indiana seeks a Route Sales Representative to grow sales on the route by building relationships, stocking shelves, selling in displays and delivering excellent customer service to each account.

You will visit stores, promote new items, merchandise products, and help develop new accounts while maintaining records. This full-time role offers hourly pay plus commission and benefits including health, dental, vision, life, disability, 401K matching and Paid Time Off.

Qualifications

• Be 21 years of age or older.
• Class B CDL license with air brakes is required; Class A accepted.
• Pass DOT physical and certification.
• Maintain all DOT compliance.
• Ability to move materials up to 25 lbs.
• Minimum of 3 years CDL experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make face-to-face daily or weekly sales visits to stores and accounts.
• Actively sell products to Store Manager/Business owner.
• Promote new items and products.
• Work independently to unload orders.
• Merchandise products.
• Target and help develop new accounts.
• Maintain records throughout the day.
