Job summary
Summit School Services is seeking a Route Logistics Analyst - Territory Support to improve routing efficiency, service quality, and performance across our student transportation network in North America. The role partners with local operations, customers, and internal teams to evaluate routing scenarios and implement practical improvements.
The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of translating routing data into actionable recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain, Business, or related discipline.
- Three or more years of operational experience in ground transportation, routing, logistics, or related field.
- Ability to analyze multiple routing scenarios and recommend solutions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routing and logistics analyses, including tier analysis, bell time analysis, ridership analysis, and future service requirements.
- Analyze current and historical route operations and customer service performance to identify opportunities for improved efficiency, service delivery, and resource utilization.
- Develop, analyze, and evaluate alternative routing scenarios and recommend solutions that improve service, operating efficiency, and revenue opportunities.
- Lead, plan, and execute complex routing projects involving cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
